Wholesale Small 4 Cavity Square Clamshell for Wax Melts

Our clamshells are manufactured in the U.K. and are made of 700 micron plastic. Not only are they 100% recyclable they are also made with 88% recycled plastic. Recycling PET gives a slight tint to the product and depending on the source, you may notice a grey or blue impression however this will in no way detract away from your finished product. Each box has 4 cavities and hold approx 50grams of wax at full capacity or you have the option to fill with less. Approx measurements for a closed clamshell are 75 x 75 x 25mm's not including the extra 10mm at the top if you wish to hang your product. INSTRUCTIONS: When pouring into pots, make sure your wax temperature is cool and pour slowly. We recommend your wax is no hotter than between 65°C and 70°C but ideally between55°C and 60°C, anything above this will melt the pots or find any weak spots. Pour a small amount (5mm) into each individual pot first and allow to start to set, this will check for any flaws.
