Love the products and they sell well. Fulfillment is very slow with no communication. Placed an order for the holidays in Nov. and still have no idea if/when it will ship. First order took a very long time as well.

Fulfillment speed was misleading and the customer service was terrible. Multiple messages unanswered regarding shipping issues. Customs was incomplete and done incorrectly resulting in further delays and costs. Products were ok, but due to the bad service I will not reorder
