I like the products/quality, but I am consistently disappointed by: response time & apparent lack of understanding of small business retailers. From shipping wrong products, shipping products without any display hangers, to only selling the most basic line to us while keeping the new stuff to themselves. It’s like we are advertising for them more so than making profit. I may make the first sale, but after that the customer will reasonably go to them since they have the new stuff and I don’t.
