After messaging on several platforms, including this one I did not receive a response until AFTER my extremely late order showed up. I had ordered for specific events and understand things happen but my order was WEEKS late and there was no response to any messages. The quality of the products I am happy with aside from the fringes koozies having a lot of visible hot glue. The hats are amazing and the koozies without fringe look great

We were very pleased with how fast we received the products; the caps might have needed a little bit more packaging to retain their shapes better as they were squished a little in shipping. Great over all experience with the products.
