Elderberries have been used for centuries. Our Elderberry Syrup starts with whole elderberries, never concentrates or powders. We use organic apple cider vinegar and a little organic large crystal cane sugar to extract all the color, flavor and nutrients out of the fruit. Then we add Black currants and Concord grapes.
