Our first order shipped late and I had to message multiple times and request a refund through Faire before it finally shipped. The owner apologized, so I decided to give it another try. This order also shipped over two weeks after the stated turnaround. The owner applied 10% off to our invoice, but ignored my message asking for an update. Products we ordered were also out of stock and removed from the shipment. I won’t be ordering again due to the unreliability of processing time.
