I am very impressed with the customer service at The Wine Savant. My order arrived in a decent amount of time and the wine glasses and vintage beaded coffee cups are ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! EXACTLY as pictured, truly. I had a few small issues but Mark has been extremely responsive and replies almost immediately. He is really on top of things and goes the extra mile to correct any problems. I will definitely order from them again and am looking forward to trying more products next time!
