This seasonal chocolate is made with a classic milk base with pieces of in house baked panetone (Italian Christmas bread). We make this bar because Sao Paulo has 40% Italian descendants, therefore the holidays in Sao Paulo are not complete without a citrusy, yeasty, soft panetone. Ingredients - Organic sugar, cocoa butter, powdered milk, organic cocoa, soy lecithin, artisanal panettone (wheat flour, butter, egg yolks, sugar, honey, powdered milk, flavouring essences, dry yeast). Allergens: Contains Gluten and lactose. Nutritional information: Serving size 25g. Servings per packet 2. Aside from Arcelia's chocolate being delicious - it always arrived so carefully packaged for shipping and insulated to protect it from heat or cold. Her chocolate is well loved by our loyal chocolate lovers.

Took a risk buying these as we'd not tried the bars before (we're in the US). Really pleased we did as they are fantastic bars. Excellent flavors, great ethics, beautiful packaging. Samples were a bonus too, especially as this meant we could check for any temperature damage during shipping, which was unlikely as they were very well packaged in appropriately sized styrofoam box (no, we don't like styrofoam, but it's better than spoiled chocolate :) )
