Beer Cheese Soup Mix, 7oz. Our best-seller, loaded with traditional Wisconsin cheddar cheese, Beer Cheese is a northern favorite! Directions: Bring 3 ½ cups of water to a boil in a large soup pot. Slowly Wildwood Beer Cheese soup mix into boiling water. Add a 12oz bottle of beer and return to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer & bubble for 15 minutes while stirring frequently. Contains Dairy and Gluten. Made in a facility that handles Gluten, Dairy, Corn, Soy, & Sesame. Ingredients: Cream Base [coconut oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate, dipotassium phosphate, mono and diglycerides, corn starch modified, corn syrup solids, unbleached wheat flour, buttermilk, hydrolyzed corn protein, nonfat dry milk, less than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking], Cheddar Cheese [pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, disodium phosphate, annatto extract for color], Chicken Broth, Onion, Garlic Directions for preparation on backside of package. Each package is stamped with a Best if Used by date 2 years from the blend date.
