Sunflowers are big bright and cheerful flowers. They are also the national flower of Ukraine. Matthew Mezza had a sunny disposition that touched everyone who met him. He gave his wonderful mom sunflowers to let her know how much he cared for her. On January 14, 2011 Matthew Mezza inexplicably ended his life. He was only 14 years old.
