These exquisite ornaments are cut, filed, polished, and painted by hand using proprietary techniques by a husband and wife team of artists in central Colombia who create fair wage jobs in their local community. I've ordered a few times from Tulia's Artisan Gallery. They are responsive to any questions. Sometimes there is a wait but that's because much of the merchandise is handmade and hand painted..worth the wait!
