Then the richness-or full body-that fills the mouth, and then the rare mildness in the aftertaste, with very little bitterness, almost absent for the black bottle Monocooltivar from pitted olives. Amazing oils for delicate dishes. The Unico in 3 l. bag-in-box is an unbeatable price/quality ratio unit, perfect as oxygen cannot come into the bag and start oxidation.
