These vintage hand-painted lacquer eggs depict Orthodox Biblical scenes that wrap around the entire egg. These eggs are beautiful and incredibly detailed. Circa 1998-1999, excellent vintage condition. As they are all hand-painted, some variation between eggs is to be expected. All of the eggs are signed and dated by the artist and come with a stand for display. You can choose from four different egg scenes: the Resurrection (pictured first), the nativity (pictured second), the throne (pictured third), or the Madonna and child (3 variations: pictured fourth, fifth, and sixth). When purchasing your eggs, select the "blue" option for the resurrection scene, the "green" option for the nativity scene, the "yellow" option for the throne scene, or the "brown" option for a Madonna and child scene. The eggs are approx. 3.5" tall and the stands are approx. 2.5" tall.
