The products are beautiful and good. We like them a lot. However, communication with the brand is non-existent, no response to my 3 messages. I am still waiting for the Excel files to extract EAN codes, INCI, etc., for the cash register software. Forced to process manually. Order processing times are too long with 6 items removed while still available. Completely missing a reference. Never seen before. In short
