Our Camargue IGP organic rice is rice grown, machined and packaged in Camargue. We have managed to convert some plots so that they are validated as Organic Agriculture by using no pesticides or weed killers. In addition to the strict specifications specific to the IGP, we have submitted this variety of parboiled rice to those of French Organic Agriculture. This parboiled organic rice from Camargue will meet the expectations of people sensitive to this method of agriculture. It will keep its grain firm and tender after cooking.
