Worst experience EVER on Faire with this company! After waiting for weeks for an order of necklaces, I attempted to message this company to see if and when we would receive order. We never received a response-nor did customer service from Faire. Then, months later I see that they are going to charge us for merchandise that we had yet to receive. We now received some items, but we are missing several pieces! I can't believe Faire has allowed them to continue on the site. Horrible!!!!

Was given one date, and then not sent out. Tried to reach out and did not receive a response. It wasn’t until I initiated a cancellation that they created a shipping label and still waited to ship. I ordered from them because of proximity to me and shipping time stated in shop. I never received a response from them. Tried to complain to Faire that my order should be cancelled given what happened but they side on the side of the seller. Also, quality wasn’t the best. I tossed and took the loss.
