This eye pillow can be microwaved and placed on whatever body part needs attention, but are sized perfectly for over your eyes. Recommended to microwave for 30-45 seconds - or freeze for 1-2 hours for cold therapy. Pillow case is removable for washing - please handwash as this item is handmade and delicate. These items are very beautiful and I am happy with the quality and the packaging. Unfortunately the items did take almost a month to receive so I was not able to sell them at an event I was planning to. However they are made so well that I would order again just way in advance to be safe with timing.
