It’s like amateur hour. You shipped such beautiful expensive stuff and wrap it like crap… everything came damaged every single item I had the box was damaged. They put a bunch of heavy cutting boards in a box floating in a ginormous moving box with little to no padding. Unbelievable!!!!

I have ordered several times every time the product is exceptional. I love that they recycle boxes and my product was well packed but I have to say the boxes were literally falling apart. I’ll check and make sure everything is ok Forgot to take a picture
