When I contacted Faire to see if they could adjust the shipping cost, they gave me the ole "corporate empathy model" but refused to do anything about it. I ship beer everyday out of my retail craft beer shop, and when something doesn't look right I call the customer and say "did you mean to do this, because there's an option that's far cheaper." So, now Im stuck with 5 boxes of the most expensive potato chips in the world, and I'll never order another thing from Faire again.

these are amazing chips except $180 order and shipping is $124. Outrageous and now my customers can get them in Walmart for $3. They said they would fix shipping over 10 months ago and have not.

These chips are great, but unfortunately, the freight cost more than the entirety of the whole order. I tried contacting the company on Faire, but despite sending a few messages, not response (and it's been a month). Too bad, these chips were great in flavor. But be prepared to add another $2.00 to the wholesale cost to make up that freight if you're on the west coast.
