I have ordered from them twice and both times they have shorted my order. And its a lot of items 12 frames, then 8 more frames, 3 sets of trays, 3 canister's, 2 bottles, which is too bad because some of their items are cute.

Several items were backordered for over 2 months but I chose to proceed. The products I received were great and had a great response from my customers, but there were a couple that did not live up to expectation. When some BOed items arrived I noticed I had not received others but had been invoiced/charged for them and their status was "delivered." I waited a week in case it was carrier error but they never showed up. -This vendor is on Amazon.- All toId, I might try them again one day.
