I've been ordering from Kalan for some time now (Before Faire, actually). Their items are well done, well packed and have a great turn-around price. Their communication is excellent and they are very willing to "make things right." I order many of their amulets which sell very well, all on "story" cards which enhance the product's ability to sell. The "new" items that just came in are wonderful I will keep ordering from them.
