We’ve spent over $8200 over the last year and a half- you think that would mean something?! Been waiting months for an order to arrive, with no response from the owner. If you get a response, it’s a lie saying the items were shipped when they weren’t. Faire shipping says 7-10 days which IS A JOKE. Never ever once have we gotten an order in 4 weeks or less. Quality of cookies is the only reason we kept ordering, but I won’t give them another cent because they don’t care about their customers.

We cannot keep these cookies in stock!! I finally had to bulk up my orders and get them lined up so we don’t sell out. They are quick to get them out the door, and I am so impatient tracking them as they literally come diagonal across the US… but so worth it and my customers—humans and dogs—LOVE them. 5 stars!!

I was disappointed when I received my first order since it did not meet my exceptions. The owner swiftly reached out to me and offered to send me treats just in time for Valentine's. Im very pleased with the way they handle the situation.

I was blown away when I opened the packaging and saw these amazing detailed cookies! You can tell this company puts a lot of time and effort in their product. I will be purchasing from them from now on :)
