I have ordered from this company before, customers love it. I have never had a problem until now. Poorly packed, no alerts on top of shipping box that there are glass items inside, (6) jars broken and (5) damaged laels from the broken jars. I am also hearing a lot of popping this time around, I hope that these jars last until their purchase.
