I don’t know how they have any positive reviews right now. We have had four separate orders cancelled, in some cases after being patient for MONTHS for them to catch up. Terrible communication, and even when I order items that are pre-order, they missed the date by 6+ weeks with no communication and then eventually just cancel the order. We love the very few products we have received, and understand hard times, but perhaps they should stop listing products they can’t actually ship. So bummed!!
