Giftsland has always been helpful, friendly and responsive. We've been working with them for about 15 years and, though I'm sure we're not high volume customers for them and I believe they're a smaller business, they've always been kind, courteous & responsive to our questions! We recently had a very negative experience with a large fair trade group who we'd spent thousands with over 15+ years & this bad experience dramatically contrasts with the excellent service provided by Giftsland--thanks!
