Our balloon garlands are a great way to add a huge impact to any party. Each retail-ready pack contains: A mix of solid color and printed balloons Connecting strip Instructions Good to know: A finished garland is about 5 feet long by 2 feet thick. Clear balloons are printed, not filled with confetti. Multiple garlands can be joined for desired length. An air pump is recommended. Command hooks (not included) are the best way to attach the garland to a wall. Crafted and packaged in Portland, Oregon USA

We needed a rush order and the Paperboy delivered! Stunningly gorgeous we loved everything from confetti filled balloons to paper plates and buntings. Definitely recommend and def will reorder in future. I think we could have blown up the balloons even bigger if we had more helium!
