Our balloon garlands are a great way to add a huge impact to any party. Each retail-ready pack contains: A mix of solid color and printed balloons Connecting strip Instructions Good to know: A finished garland is about 5 feet long by 2 feet thick. Clear balloons are printed, not filled with confetti. Multiple garlands can be joined for desired length. An air pump is recommended. We needed a rush order and the Paperboy delivered! Stunningly gorgeous we loved everything from confetti filled balloons to paper plates and buntings. Definitely recommend and def will reorder in future. I think we could have blown up the balloons even bigger if we had more helium!
