Unfortunately we were missing several sets we ordered, with several more damaged. They shipped from a different company than what was expected, no packing slip, no bubble or paper or anything in the boxes other than the gift sets. We ordered 20+ sets, and they came in 4 boxes, meaning sets were on top of other sets, causing the cellophane to be torn on several packages. Love the products, better care in packaging would help a lot. Also, really need packing slips.
