2024 harvest. These estate olives were harvested and delivered immediately to our world-class Alpha Laval Mill, milled on-site and stored in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, bottled to order. This oil is available in foodservice packaging only. It is an ideal everyday oil, use for sautéing and baking, in salad dressings and marinades. Profile olive variety: arbequina/arbosana intensity: medium flavor: balanced, buttery with nutty notes of green and sweet almond, and ripe banana with a slight pepperiness (black pepper) harvest date: October/November 2024 region: capay valley grown, milled and bottled by: Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation
