Shipping takes alot of time, orders are shipped every time 2weeks after reported shipping date. (Edit: this also happened with standard shipping) This makes it hard to keep stock and customers satisfied. Communication is nonexistent. Products are good, brand also looks good.

The products are great, my customers love them (and so do I!), but unfortunately some of the packaging has a few issues (misprints and typos). Not a huge issue as the products are brill, but this may put some customers off as they may think they are replicas. Communication isn’t great, could absolutely be better. Tried sorting out samples for my store but ended up not going through with samples and placed a much smaller order due to lack of communication. Postage was fast but expensive
