BREAKAGE POLICY: We hand-pack our cases of chips to check that each bag has a strong seal. Rarely, a bag's seal ruptures during transit as a result of traveling on a long, hot truck route and/or over high altitudes. This phenomenon affects a few addresses frequently and most addresses not at all. We refund for all breakage the first time it occurs. Subsequent risk of breakage falls to the customer by reordering.
