Description
Our lemon alfajores are a unique take on the classic Argentinian cookie. They are a delicious addition to any gathering or a simple treat after a long day. To make this version, we add a thin layer of lemon icing over our buttery shortbread cookies and fill them with rich dulce de leche. They are simultaneously sweet, tart, and filled with melt-in-your-mouth goodness. Shelf life:15 weeks.

These are just delicious cookies, and the lemon flavor especially has already been a big hit in our store. We tried an original and the dulce de leche was so smooth and rich, the cookie so soft and crumbly, just a fantastic little cookie.
