They ship faster than companies in my own country! Everything sells out and quickly. I think this is the BEST gift company on Faire, and I'm really picky. Thank you for being such a huge part of our biz.

I love the products I get, but on a couple of occasions I’ve had big issues with UPS. They’ll hold your order and NOT contact you - then charge you warehouse fees. They will extort you for massive amounts of money that you were never told you’d be charged & fees that they don’t even explain- I had a $125 order once that was held for three weeks and then sent an $800 bill. I refuse to pay and they sent me to collections. To other sellers here- I’m looking into a class action fyi.

something different is amazing to work with. they are so fast and efficient. we're based in Canada and our orders (from uk) get to us within days. you guys are so amazing. Product quality is great. occasionally some of boxes have gotten a little squished in transport but that's beyond brand control.
