The product is great as usual. Communication was better than in earlier years. The problem is that the order was 12 weeks late. I was informed twice about delays, which is good , but 12 weeks is 12 weeks!

Bay has the most beautiful and amazingly made pottery. We've carried their pottery for over 30 years and have always loved having their gorgeous pottery in our shop. The 3 generations of potters are lovely to work with and they're wonderful people.
