Our classic “Open Stitch” pillow sham is hand embroidered on soft 200-count cotton. It is the standard, 12x16 size and suitable for boudoir or baby pillows. Its design combines hemstitching with delicate handmade open lace work making it an understated work of art featuring our split back opening opening which accommodates large embroidery hoops and easy access. It is available in classic white only. Pillow inserts are available in both poly-filled and down-filled in separate listings.
