I really wanted to love this cheese but wasn’t able to sample much of it. The cheese was shipped in sub-standard cold transport packaging the first order. Cheese arrived warm, ice packs were melted. Creamery was very responsive. Offered to send another shipment with better packaging for transport. Unfortunately this package stalled in Ground Transport for many days. What cheese I got to sample was a bit sweet for my liking. Kiddos to the company for communication.
