Great product but service and response time is extremely disappointing and poor, I was continuously chasing for well over a month, I had to contact Faire customer service to get things moving, this was my 2nd order from them. It’s a shame as there products are Amazing. But the service has put me off from repeat purchase again, due to lack of response time.
