I LOVE this company, not only are their products top notch, but they are meticulous in how they prepare their products to ship! The shipping box on my first order (June) came undamaged. I was, nonetheless, impressed that they had double bubble wrapped all their treats. I just placed my second order and had no doubt I could count on them to expertly pack it. When the box arrived, it was smashed in on the top and one side 😪 I was thrilled to see that nothing was damaged or broken !😊!
