Description
Inspired in New Mexico, its colors and the Southwest style, I created this new hand embroidery, botanically dyed cotton bandana: DESIERTO (Desert in Spanish) has a snake embroidered by hand. Plant dyed in small batches, they were dyed in a very 'desert palette'. Each one is one of a kind and different from the others since they are embroidered by hand. Died by hand in smalll batches at my home studio in New Mexico, a really artisanal job in each piece, using extracts from plants, roots and kitchen waste. Made in a sturdy premium cotton. Measure 21x21 inches approx.
