Merchandising: Fudge is best kept at room temperature between 65 and 72 degrees fahreinheit out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources like coffee pots or pizza warmers. Labeling: Wraps have a single label on the bottom of the piece that includes the flavor, ingredients, allergens and other compliance information. There is no UPC on wrapped pieces.
