I wanted to love these pillows but have had continuous issues with the brand, I am hoping it's just a fluke. My original order got lost in the mail and customer service was great about replacing it. A few of the items from the order never ended up shipping and is still "processing". I ended up returning my entire order that I did receive though because each of the pillows have non-discreet bright red zippers that I feel as though made the pillows look tacky imo. Loved the designs though!
