Description
Broccoli florets, carrot pieces, bits of onion, potato flakes, seasoning and powdered milk are combined to make a simple soup that can be served as is or blended for a creamy delight. Customers just need to add broth, water, and a touch of butter (optional). Very low sodium compared to most broccoli soup mixes. Great for vegetarian diets, but customers can also add bacon, ham, chicken and more. Many customers choose to add cheddar cheese to this soup mix after it has finished cooking on the stove.
