Their Dubai chocolate is probably one of the best. However when we reordered a larger amount, we waited over 1,5 months, even after several calls and promises from their side. We were then saddened to see that they removed the item on Faire and therefore our order was cancelled. Although we understand that with heavily increased demand due to the popularity and Christmas, it's still quite unprofessional to keep a return customer waiting almost 2 months, only to see their order cancelled.
