I have ordered from crystal river gems quite often over the years and have always been a happy customer. However, my last few orders I have noticed the quality and size of the gemstones chips have drastically gone bad. This most recent order was a complete let down. I understand that when we purchase wholesale overseas we don't always the chance to see what we are getting before hand. However, the fact that they pass this along and the price they charged has me questioning if I will ever return.
