My boutique and customers LOVES three birds nest. However, this has happened not once, but TWICE. I receive my shipment, over HALF is missing, and they have charged me full. This is simply getting out of hand. I had customers that special ordered pieces for a special occasion and now it is late. Plus, if I wouldn't have caught it, that would be TWO times they are getting away with stealing. I am very disappointed and not one to write bad reviews, but I am getting fed up as are my customers.
