The products we DID receive were beautiful. We were missing half our order. I reached out for a replacement and went round and round with the seller for HOURS, checking and rechecking the box and being "grilled" about its contents. At the end beautiful products do not mean a beautiful experience if the seller cannot handle issues, they created on their end, and made it a hassle for the buyer. Lastly, once I expressed my displeasure at the interaction, the seller cancelled order without cause.
