Roasted Garlic Achaar is a condiment made with garlic roasted, lemon, oil, a mix of Indian spices, red chili powder and unrefined cane sugar. It has a spicy, lemony, savory, sweet flavor. Use it just like a roasted garlic spread or chili sauce.
