I met Meredyth at the San-J Soy Sauce Factory Open House and had the opportunity to sample several flavors. I immediately fell in love with the product and knew it was something my acupuncture patients would enjoy. Each flavor is expertly crafted and has a wide variety of uses from mocktails & cocktails to salad dressings, marinades, and desserts. A definite reorder!
