I love the products from Channel Craft, but was a little disappointed at the speed of shipping as well as the lack of communication about when I would be receiving my products. I placed my order in June, but did not receive my orders until August and Late September. I had to call them to ask about my order as I was not called or emailed to let me know that they were on back order. The people that I spoke to were lovely, and were very helpful, but I wish that I had better communication.
