Customer service was great!! Had an issue with damage from shipping. Products were packed extremely well. Things happen. Damaged product was immediately replaced. We will defiantly be purchasing more in the future.

Mugs are not glazed, but appear to be shrink wrapped. The color peels off over time. We had to pull the product off the shelves because they all got returned after purchase. This is the worst quality product we have ever purchased on Faire.
